Shipping Policy
All of our mugs are made to order through our print-on-demand process.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging your item before shipment.
Shipping Time (United States)
Once your order has been shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 5–7 business days.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the United States, delivery times may vary and typically take longer depending on the destination, customs processing, and local carriers.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7–12 business days (processing + shipping)
- International: may take longer depending on location
Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, high demand, or customs processing.
During holiday seasons (November–December), please allow additional processing and shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
