Return & Refund Policy
Because every item is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products — see below for how we handle any issues.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery at chromabyree@gmail.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the problem
We respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. Once we review your photos, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund promptly, and you will not be required to return the item.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our products, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply, in accordance with EU regulations.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
